Alcoholic dad urinated/pooped/vomited blood?

could be some sort of internal bleeding or kidney failure which is quite bad but also could be a urinal and bowel infection i don't know and about the life threatening thing that might of been him just saying "this could be life threatening we may have to check it out" or something but dont think he'll be fine and dont think he's gonna be seriously ill im just having a guess there though
