TR2 RX 450w power supply good?

Is that good enough to play good games such as StarCraft 2 Battle Field Bad Company 2 MW2 so is it. Without Overheating like 3 hours? And what would be the highest graphics i can play for example StarCraft 2 , can i play on Ultra or High graphics with good FPS? SOMEONE HELP
