1mg lorazepam sl and 15mg temazepam safe?

I know it doesn't make much sence but after I took my nightly 15mg temazepam for sleep it takes about a half hour to kick in. Just after I took it I read a bit of bad news had a crazy bad panic attack and popped a 1mg sublingual Ativan to hold me over till the temazepam kicked in. Not thinking of any possible benzo Rx... Just thought Ativan short term and temazepam long... Any counter indications all? Pretty low doses so I'm not too worried just want a second opinion b4 I doze off. Thanks guys!
