British Lit? really need help!! Dylan Thomas's poem "Do Not Go Gentle into That Good Night"?

Thomas wrote Do Not Go Gentle... when his father was dying. He is imploring his father to fight against death, or "rage, rage against the dying of the light." He gives examples of how other people fight against difficulties, asking his father to do the same. The poem is a villanelle.
