Sharp pain under right rib cage?!!!?

I am 15 and two nights ago I started having a dull sharp pain under my right shoulder blade which lasted through the day until last night where the pain moved to under my right rib cage and the pain has increased alot I'm in serious pain and it hurts the worst when I breathe in. The pain sort of feels like a bubble trapped under my rib cage. I have smoked before but only a few times but both my parents smoke so I'm a second-hand smoker. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be before I go to the doctors?
