What would happen if you didn't pay on ebay?

I bought an SD RX-78 2 gundam on ebay but now i dont want it. I didnt bid i clicked the buy now button. Will i get sued or arrested? I dont care if i get bad feedback or my account banned i just want it to be canceled. I made the account cuz i was bored. It was a stupid thing and i promise i will never do it again. I am realy scared and i dont want this to happen PLEASE HELP!!!
