Where can I get my lenses put in my frame? (Ray Ban Eyeglasses RX 5184 WARFARER?

I'm thinking of buying new glasses...do I need a prescription in order to get my lenses in? Do I go to walmart?? Also,I'm buying glasses on www.go-optic.com . Thanks in advance
